Personality and Skills
Personality: Charismatic, daring, egotistical, toxic, aggravating. Sebastian is both an asshole and a social person, resulting in a strange magnetism that’s quite hard to ignore.
On the asshole side, xe likes winding people up, and can be infuriatingly hard to provoke (xe’s quite laid-back and knows all the tricks already) unless xe’s been made to look stupid somehow. When se’s in a bad mood, xe tends to turn sour or sullen. Only when xir few trigger spots are hit will xe turn really nasty; when xe does, xe can be shockingly cruel.
On the social side, xe tends to be curious about new people and show lots of interest in their stories, which often outweighs xir negative qualities (as it’s always nice to have someone take an interest in you). Xe is also surprisingly affectionate to those that xe’s been able to grow close to, and has been known to take on a mentor role occasionally (though whether this is an entirely good thing for xir mentees remains to be seen).
With regards to xir gender, Sebastian is female-assigned-at-birth, usually dresses in a neutral/masculine fashion and adopted a male name for xirself, but doesn’t identify as either male or female (though xe doesn’t often care what pronouns people use, provided they don’t directly refer to xir as male or female).
Skills:
USE OF POWERS - Sebastian’s enhanced senses include sight, taste, sound, smell, touch (texture/temperature/itch/pressure), balance/gravity, direction, pain, blood chemistry, thirst/hunger, magnetoception, and time - all of which can be put to manifold uses. However, they have a detrimental effect on xir stamina. Xe’s badly affected by extremes of sensation, and has a lower pain threshold than most (though this is somewhat mitigated by xir healing factor, which helps xir bounce back faster than most).
FIGHTING - When it comes to brawling, xe won’t generally strike first, but xe likes provoking someone else to. Xe tends to duck and weave and kick and trip people up rather than hitting them with xir fists; if xe gets really angry with an ally, xe’ll tend to grab them, dig xir nails into them and shake them rather than punch them. When it comes to a serious fight, xe’ll usually rely on xir staff.
PTSD - Sebastian’s troubled past has left xir with a degree of PTSD and a few severe phobias. Xe doesn’t like to have xir arms held/pinioned to xir sides and will freak out if it happens unexpectedly, even just in a hug. Xe also has an intense phobia of remaining in one place for too long, and feels uneasy when xir friends or loved ones choose to.
MUTANT BIAS - Sebastian is often both too mutant for the humans, and too human for the mutants. Xir enhanced perception and slight healing factor is sometimes derided by xir mutant enemies as being “just enhanced human-ness”.

Though xe no longer seems to be working for the criminal gangs of xir youth, xe's definitely up to something - xe spends a lot of time seeking out and talking to young mutants in various types of trouble, and uneasy whispers of mutant extremist activity seem to follow in xir wake.
