Biography
On August 7th 1992, Alexander Page was born at Vancouver General Hospital to Daniel James Page and Elizabeth Susan Page. Growing up in Vancouver Alexander was troubled from the get go with severe allergies. Which plagued him and kept him isolated from anyone who might call him friend. As he reached puberty his powers began to form in an uncontrolled manner. Starting with dust building up along the entrance to his room, then to dust building up around the inside of the house, then the outside. No matter what his parents, the dust remained. Worse and worse it got until both his parents ended up with lasting respiratory issues. It was a doctor at Vancouver General that identified the cause as a mutant gene and it was on his suggestion that his family allowed him to be referred down to America into the care of an old colleague of the doctor's. A man named Charles Xavier, a man who had expertise with this 'sort of thing'.
Feeling abandoned by his parents he found himself at the gates of a large manor and into the care and tuition of the man who he would come to see as a father figure to replace the one who abandoned him when he became too much a burden. He studied under him for several years and with Xavier's guidance, he became a man. A man in charge of his own destiny. The hurt that he felt at his parents casting him out and the pain of hearing of their passing due to respiratory complications took their toll on him and though he and his mentor carried a close bond, they both knew that he needed to go and face the world beyond the mansion walls.
Venturing out into the world he spent almost a decade wandering, fighting, killing, starving, helping where he could and occasionally hurting those who he was trying to help. He would eventually find his way back home. Though home was just another place filled with no one. It was from Vancouver that he once again moved on and eventually his wanderings took him back to his real home. He returned to find the mansion a shadow of what it once was, lost without the man who was to him as a father figure. An empty vessel, occupied by students and teachers but devoid of the one man he considered family.
He had come back to Xavier but he had missed him. Alex was mentioned in his will, though not contactable, he never knew what was happening or had happened. When he returned to the man who was his teacher, his friend and father he found that only his name remained. He knew though, as he considered walking back out on yet another home that it was not what Charles would have asked him to do. He would have wanted him to stay and to make this a home again. To help others as he had helped them. Though he was just a memory, he lived on in this place. It was truly his legacy and Alex knew in his heart of hearts that he could not leave. At least not until he was sure that it would not collapse under it's own weight. He needed this for himself and he needed this for his teacher.
